Edition 2013 saw a Baiona finish at the Alto da Groba with Nicolas Roche besting Dani Moreno by 2 seconds. This time, however, the only real uphill challenge is Alto de Fontefría, a 3rd category climb, crested with 80 kilometres done. The mountain peaks 787 at metres and to get there you have to climb 8.3 kilometres at 3.2%.
A long drop takes the riders to Ponteareas and the rest of the day brings a few uncategorized hurdles, the last one with around 10 kilometres left.
At the finish wait 10, 6 and 4 seconds for the first three riders, and 3, 2 and 1 seconds can be gained at the intermediate sprint after 141,7 kilometres.
