Ruta del Sol 2016: Van Garderen bests Kelderman by 2 seconds in ITT and new leader

At 21 kilometres, stage 4 in the Ruta del Sol is an ITT on hilly terrain with a steepest ramp at 15% and an uphill arrival. Tejay van Garderen takes a close win, only 2 seconds ahead of Wilco Kelderman. The American is the new leader with the Dutchman breathing down his neck. (Slideshow route/profile)
