Obviously, it may also be up to the escapees in stage 13 of the Vuelta a España. The stage is set to finish with a short drop, so good descending skills will come in handy. Philippe Gilbert or Samuel Sánchez could be in business here.

The GC riders don’t have aything to gain in stage 13 and they can take it easy.
