Tour de France 2017: Geraint Thomas powers to stage win and maillot jaune in rain-soaked ITT
The 1st stage of the Tour de France is a flat ITT of 14 kilometres in Düsseldorf. In rainy conditions Geraint Thomas powers to the yellow jersey, while Alejandro Valverde crashes out of La Grande Boucle. Chris Froome is the best GC contender. (Slideshow route/profile)
