Nicolas Dalla Valle is the first rider to roll down the starting ramp at 11:30 local time (CEST), while race leader Geraint Thomas is the last rider to set off at 17:14.

The riders start in three waves with a 90 minutes gap between each one. The first wave starts 11:30 and 12:14 uur; the second between 13:50 and 14:29; the third between 16:05 and 17:14.
