Tour de France 2020: The Route

The Tour de France is held from Saturday 29 August until Sunday 20 september. The mountainous route follows a clockwise loop through the Provence, Cevennes and Pyrenees before heading north for a stint on the Atlantic coast after the first rest day. A central crossing through the Massif Central leads to the final week in the Alps with an ITT extension on La Planche des Belles Filles as the ultimate uphill test.
