World Cycling Championships 2016 Doha, Qatar: Route ITT – women

Tuesday, 11 October 2016 - The ITT during the UCI Road World Championships is played out on a flat route in Doha, Qatar. Totalling at 28.9 kilometres, the parcours doesn't leave the artificial island the Pearl-Qatar.

Two rounds account for those 28.9 kilometres. The first one is 13.7 kilometres, the second one 15.2 kilometres. The last round is exactly the same route as the circuit that's to be raced seven times during Saturday's road race.

No climbs whatoever en route. Basically the only things to worry about are 1/ how are the legs, and 2/ twenty curves.

The route has three intermediate checkpoints - after around 7 kilometres, at kilometre 13.7, and around kilometre 20.
