The 1st stage in the 2016 Giro d'Italia is an individual time trial that's played out on a flat course at 9.8 kilometers in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Homerider Tom Dumoulin takes the first pink jersey, besting Primoz Roglic by the tiniest of margins: 0.02 seconds.
