Giro Rosa 2019: Borghesi wins three-up sprint

Race report
Chiara Perini, Letizia Borghesi and Nadia Quagliotto open up a gap after approximately 35 kilometres. The trio carves out a lead of more than 5 minutes. With the help of a marshall, who sends the peloton the wrong way.
Borghesi outpowers her compatriots in Carate Brianza, while Marianne Vos wins the group sprint 42 seconds later. Kasia Niewiadoma stays in the overall lead for the fourth consecutive day.
