Stage should have been neutralized for 5km at least as crash was caused by organizers lack of attention to detail !

In reply to Jayster. Possibly... Then again, Dumoulin and Froome were supposed to lack freshness in the Tour de France, while Bardet et al targeted La Grande Boucle only.

Lopez should have 5 stars in my view. He trained specifically for the Vuelta. Kruijswijk may finish in the top 10, but will probably lack freshness for the podium. De La Cruz deserves at least 2 stars as well imo, being the leader of Sky.
