Michael Matthews won the 2019 Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal ahead of Sonny Colbrelli and Greg Van Avermaet. Two days earlier he won the GP de Québec, so he became became the first rider to sweep both Laurentian Classics races since Simon Gerrans in 2014.
