Tour of Lombardy 2016
The 110th edition of the Tour of Lombardy was won by Esteban Chaves, who outsprinted his fellow-escapees Diego Rosa and Rigoberto Uran in the streets of Bergamo. The 5th of cycling's five Monuments featured 241 kilometres and 4,400 vertical metres in 2016.

Chaves outsprints Uran and Rosa to take his first Monument
The Tour of Lombardy is the toughest in years. At the penultimate climb, the Selvino, Chaves, Uran, Bardet and Rosa attack in the front group. At the steep climb into the old town of Bergamo Bardet is dropped, while Chaves is fastest on the line.Read more »
