Tirreno-Adriatico 2020 Route stage 6: Castelfidardo - Senigallia

Tirreno-Adriatico stage 6 Sunday 13 September - The 6th stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico is likely to see a sprint finish. Undulating hills in the first half lead onto a pan-flat second half of the race. The route adds up to 171 kilometres.

The finish in Senigallia is tailor-made for a clash of sprint trains. The race concludes with four laps on a 16.1 kilometres circuit, so ample opportunity to check out the home straight. Which is, by the way, wide and straight as the last turn is 1 kilometre from the line.

The first three riders on the line gain time bonuses of 10, 6 and 4 seconds, while the intermediate sprint at kilometre 142.8 comes with 3, 2 and 1 seconds.
