Strade Bianche 2019 - women

Annemiek van Vleuten won the 5th edition of the Strade Bianche Donne. She arrived solo on the illustrious Piazza del Campo in Siena, while Annika Langvad and Kasia Niewiadoma rounded out the podium. The race was played out on Saturday 9 March.

Annemiek van Vleuten solos to victory

The women kick their Word Tour season into gear on the white roads of Tuscany. Annemiek van Vleuten attacks on the steep Le Tolfe climb with 12 kilometres to go and solos to victory. Annika Langvad and Kasia Niewiadoma round out the podium.

Strade Bianche for women 2018

Saturday, 9 March - The 'Strade Bianche Donne' amounts to 136 kilometres and features eight 'sterrati' with a total distance of 31.5 kilometres. The last kilometre is a sharp climb to the Piazza del Campo in Siena.
