Mathieu van der Poel won the 114th edition of Milan-San Remo, while Filippo Ganna and Wout van Aert rounded out the podium. The race, which was held on Saturday 18 March 2023, added up to 294 kilometres.

Van der Poel wins with solo from the Poggio
Just before the summit of the Poggio Mathieu van der Poel attacks from a lead group with Tadej Pogacar, Wout van Aert and Filippo Ganna. The Dutchman flies down into San Remo to win La Primavera in glorious style. Filippo Ganna and Wout van Aert round out the podium.
