The women’s La Flèche Wallonne, or La Flèche Wallonne Féminine, is held on Wednesday the 19th of April, 2017. The race is in existence since 1998 meaning edition 20 is upon us. At 120 kilometres, the route of the next race takes in seven sharp climbs. The finish is atop the Wall of Huy after a 1.3 kilometres closing climb at 9.6% with a steepest sector at 17%. Olympic Champion Anna van der Breggen is title holder after she outperformed Evelyn Stevens and Megan Guarnier in last year’s edition. She had won the race in 2015, too.
