La Course 2016

Sunday, July 24, the 3rd edition of La Course is played in Paris. Prior to the closing stage of the Tour de France the women pro-cyclists race thirteen lap at almost 7 kilometres on the course between Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. Both editions until now were won by Dutch riders; Marianne Vos in 2014, while her team-mate Anna van der Breggen was victorious in 2015.

A peloton of 21 teams will be lined up at the start. Check out the route.

Hosking fastest at Champs Élysees

The 3rd edition of La Course is won by Chloe Hosking. The Australian is the fastest in the bunch sprint, outpowering Lepistö and 2014 winner Vos.

Sunday, July 24, 2016 - At 89 kilometres, the women pro-cyclists fight for victory in La Course by Le Tour de France, as the race is officially called. In thirteen rounds of almost 7 kilometres the race is played out on the most famous cycling circuit in the world: Champs-Elysees - Arc de Triomphe - Place de la Concorde. Anna van der Breggen is title holder.
