Pedersen sprints to glory

Mathieu van der Poel opens Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne with an attack from far out, but the race comes down to a group sprint. Mads Pedersen outguns Anthony Turgis and Tom Pidcock.

The Route

Sunday 28 February - Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne is roughly 200 kilometres long while taking in twelve hills. The race concludes with one flat round of 15 kilometres.

Riders

The winner of Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne succeeds Kasper Asgreen, who won last year's edition solo. The Dane returns to defend his title in a field with the likes of Mathieu van der Poel, Greg Van Avermaet and Arnaud Démare.
