The 69th edition of the Belgian classic did boil down to a sprint of five. Peter Sagan outperformed title defender Jasper Stuyven, Matteo Trentin, Tiesj Benoot, and Luke Rowe. Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne 2017 was held on 26 February, as always one day after Omloop Het Nieuwsblad.
