Giro d’Italia 2016 Stage 21: Arndt winst last stage, Nibali takes the overall

At 163 kilometres, the closing stage in the 2016 Giro d'Italia leads from Cuneo to Turin. Flat roads and a closing circuit are the perfect raw materials for a bunch sprint. A Dutch duo-escape with Van Emden and Tjallingii tries to thwart the sprinter's dream, but eventually it's up to the fast men. Nizzolo powers to his first stage victory in Giro-history - or so seems, as he is declassed for hindering Modolo and Nikias Arndt is declared the winner. Vincenzo Nibali' takes the Giro d'Italia 2016. (Slideshow route/profile)
