Marianne Vos sprints to victory in the women's edition of Gent-Wevelgem ahead of Lotte Kopecky and Lisa Brenauer. Elisa Longo Borghini and Soraya Paladin were caught in the last 500 metres.

Sunday 28 March – At 142 kilometres, the women's edition of Gent-Wevelgem includes seven hills and three dirt roads before the last 35 kilometres are played out on the flat.
