E3 Harelbeke 2015
Friday, March 27th, 2015 saw the 58th edition of the E3 Harelbeke. Geraint Thomas attacked with Stybar at the Oude Kwaremont. Sagan joined them, but when Thomas attacked again with 4 kilometres left he powered to victory. Stybar finished second, Sagan was brought back at the eleventh hour and Trentin was third in E3 Harelbeke 2015.

Geraint Thomas solos to victory
The E3 Harelbeke features 19 hills, lots of cobblestones and 219 kilometres. Cancellara is out after a crash. The all-decisive attack at the Oude Kwaremont is by Stybar and Thomas, and they are accompanied by Peter Sagan. The Welshman attacks with 4 kilometres left and powers to victory. Stybar is second and Trentin third.Read more »

E3 Harelbeke is a perfect warm-up race for the Tour of Flanders, which will be held nine days later on a similar parcours. Both the E3 and Flanders offer a mixture of short, steep climbs and cobbles.
