Laporte solos to victory

Breakaway riders Oier Lazkano and Alexander Kristoff last long in Dwars door Vlaanderen. When they are caught inside the last 6 kilometres Christophe Laporte attacks from the chase group to solo to victory. Oier Lazkano outsprints Neilson Powless for second place.

Wednesday 29 March - Dwars door Vlaanderen is played out on a 183.7 kilometres route, featuring eight stretches of pavé and eleven climbs. The start is in Roeselare and the finish is where it has always been since the race's inception, in Waregem.
