Dwars door Vlaanderen 2018

Title defender Yves Lampaert won the 73rd edition of Dwars door Vlaanderen. Following a surplace in the front group, the Flemish home-rider attacked in the front group to solo to victory. Mike Teunissen sprinted to second place, Sep Vanmarcke came in third. Dwars door Vlaanderen 2018 was played out on March, 28th.

Wednesday, 28 March 2018 - At 181 kilometres, Dwars door Vlaanderen is not as tough as earlier editions, yet the race offers a familiar mix of cobbles and 'hellingen'. The last climb is crested with 10 kilometres remaining, while the last cobbles are gobbled up with 6.7 kilometres to go.
